My scars
Are stars
That show Gods faithfulness and love
To him I everything owe
If it was'nt for him
My life would have dim
Fade away in the dark
To my testimony do hark
For out of darknes, he has brought me to light
In the darkness, it was a fight
To uphold life as it were
Now something new in my heart do stir
Now gladness and joy evermore
Now no more in darkness, my life is not a bore
Now life flows evermore
